Menu mainstays are brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and smoked wings. But we will switch it up and sneak in specialities like tri-tip, beef, burgers, ribs, smoked turkey, and pork chops every now and then.
All of our sides and sauces are made in house; homemade and fresh.
Small plate charcuterie and salads will be on the menu too. Custom grazing boards made with meats, local cheese, seasonal fresh veggies and fruits from Wildwood Family Farms, along with homemade breads, spreads, and jams from local artisans are coming soon!
Finish it all off with a sweet ending of our from scratch cookie skillet or Key Lime Pie. Made fresh daily by our pastry chefs.
