Our Dining Experience: A Crowded Table

Our vibe of no reservations and open seating at communal tables may take a little getting used to at first, but we hope you join us to EAT. DRINK. and most importantly, GATHER. With family, old friends, or hey, maybe meet a few new ones! Linger, graze, and stay awhile. All are welcome at our tables and we hope to meet and gather with you all at some point during your visits!

Hey! Fill me in on how it’s done:

  • Our restaurant style and food line is based off traditional southern BBQ “joints” where at peak times it can be BUSY.  But we hope the wait in line is worth it all in the end!
  • Come on in, grab a table and enjoy a drink OR jump right into the food line to order your food and then find a table!  
  • When you get in line, you place your order, servers fill up your tray, and you pay at the end of that line.
  • Table servers will greet you at your table to take drink orders and help with anything else you may need.

No flipping on a switch on the gas fired smoker here at Butcher Block Social.  Our BBQ that has been hand cut and smoked for days by our pit master and team using Michigan hardwoods of Oak, Apple, Cherry, and Hickory. 

Meet Alice

Custom built in Toole, Texas at M&M BBQ, our smoker, named Alice can smoke up to 2000 pounds of meat at once.
